Registered Psychologist, North Vancouver
If you have never been in therapy before, you might wonder what to expect.
I see therapy as a means to reduce emotional suffering, to provide skills to enhance what is already a good life, and a way to strengthen your ability to deal with the inevitable challenges that come in all our lives as human beings.
You may have come to therapy to understand yourself better or to learn specific skills. I can help you with either or both goals.
Sessions are 50 minutes long.
People describe me as patient, compassionate and dependable.
I am registered as a psychologist (#2411) by the College of Psychologists of British Columbia. Registration as a psychologist requires a high level of education, training, and skill in helping people make positive changes to how they feel, think, and act. Psychologists use evidence-based strategies, which mean the strategies have been shown through solid research to be effective.
